Default Mopar rock rails and lift kits -- advice and where to buy?

Hi all,

This is my first post here. I've bought an ex demo 2014 jeep gc limited (diesel 4x4). I would like to buy some of the mopar rock rails and have found them at murchison up here in brissie but I was wondering if there is a cheaper way to get these?

I am also keen on a lift kit but am unaware of restrictions in QLD re these so would love some advice re this too! I've seen a lot of posts about crdstu lift kits? Uneek 4x4 seem to have these for about $1000...

I'm very new to all of this 4x4 stuff so please be gentle

I am sure both of these have been discussed ad infinitum on here and I've searched already but most posts are a year or more old so am posting for more current information.

Cheers!

Murchison is the cheapest supplier that I could find for the Mopar Rock Rails and also one of the (very few) organisations in Australia that I would trust such a difficult (detailed) install to.

Supply + install there and be happy in my opinion.

Hi scruffa, yeah I was having a read of that this morning on the train (after I posted this last night). Good wrap for the uneek and Murchison gear. Does anyone have any thoughts on the OME ARB option?

My observation of the Uneek rails is that they don't really protect the vulnerable sheet metal flange under the sill, IMHO they are a rock solid side step not a true slider, rock rail.
