Default Low Km Pentastar V6 Engine Pinging Noise and Worrying Service Report

Hi guys,
I have posted this issue on a few forums and am not sure if i have posted on this one before or not.

In any case, I have an update from a Jeep Australia Service Technician who it appears put a camera down the plug holes and what he found has me deeply concerned.

I would like to first say, I am not a person who runs this vehicle on the rev limiter when 4wd'ing or any other time...i dont drive like that when out on the tracks. The car has been 4wding only a handful of times (usually to get firewood in Victorian collection areas at Macedon ranges). I have had it in deep water up to top of 33" tyres...and since i purchase it in Nov last year it hasnt been on the Victorian winter wet muddy slippery tracks where guys rev the engine heads off. I do not tend to 4wd in those kinds of conditions because its an expensive car and I cannot afford to break it being stupid (no offense intended)

Anyway, the report contains the following issue...There are carbon deposits on one bank of cylinders and No 3 Cylinder has oil on top of piston. What im most worried about is that it appears only one side of engine has problems and not the other?

see extract below:

Excessive oil in the combustion chamber will cause pre ignition and detonation often heard as pinging. Excessive oil in the cylinders can be caused by a number of things such as wrong oil type /grade, fault in the PCV System or excessive engine wear or bad valve seals. Using the KISS principles eliminate the simple things first.
