MODEL: 1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ Limited
ODOMETER KM: 241,###
CONDITION: Rough body work, paint badly sunburnt/faded/scratched as per photos. Engine and gearbox going strong but has a misfire/shudder (see my thread in XJ forum). Replaced CPS, TPS, ignition coil, HT leads, spark plugs, oil, oil filter, fuel filter, front disk rotors, front brake pads, brake fluid, catalytic converter, top radiator hose and coolant in the 6 months since I've owned it. Steering is a bit noisy, alternator light is on (but charging fine) and serpentine belt just started getting a bit noisy tonight.
ACCESSORIES: Usual limited features, elec leather seats (working), power windows (working), cruise control (working), aircon (working but a bit noisy) and tow bar
REASON FOR SELLING: Spent too much time and money trying to diagnose misfire/shudder and replacing possible faulty parts. Having said that the Jeep is drivable, just drove to Collie and back 528kms last weekend towing loaded trailer and towing the trailer around again tomorrow.
PRICE AND PRICE CONDITIONS: I've priced it with the current condition and all faults in mind. Might be good for someone a bit more mechanically minded than me or a good parts car that you can drive home and not worry about towing/trailering home.
