Difficult to say as it isn't throwing any codes. My first move would be to watch the O2 sensors and the long and short term fuel trims to see if anything obvious happens to them when the problem occurs but you need to know what you are looking for.
Also watch for misfires but these should throw a code although not always.
Professional diagnoses may be a good option. I'm certainly no expert in the field, however I just found this on YouTube. It might get you heading in the right direction.
