Muster 2007 is HERE!
What is the Muster? The Jeep Owners Muster is an annual event run by and for members of the Jeep Owners Club of W.A. The Muster has been a Club fixture since 1995 and is always a popular event. While the format changes a little from year to year activities include competition, driving skill tests, trips, and lots of fun.
This years Muster will be both a return to the format of our successful early musters and will be looking forward to the future. With the 2008 National Jamboree only 13 months away this year's Muster is being used as a test for many of the events and ideas we will be using for the Jamboree. Probably one of the biggest changes is a return to being 'trips-centric' and becoming a 3 day event again.
While our favorite parts of the competition based musters will be retained we will be returning to running trips during the weekend. This includes the return of the night navigation run!
There will be 2 classes of vehicle preparation for competition purposes and for grading trips, stock, and modified.
Also this year we will be welcoming club members who have joined through the 'Wanneroo Jeep partnership programme' that has been in place now for more than 15 months.
So what can we expect this year? Competition? YES. Trips? YES. Fun? YES
