Steering box brace is now fitted as is the steering damper.
Tomorrow I start removing the shims in behind the brackets for my ARB bar and then I can insert the outer plates, the drivers one is now modded to fit but still need to mod the passenger side one, shouldn't take too much.....

well finaly had a chance to trim the last front gaurd then take it for a play.

though i now have a new wish list for it of 4.11, 8.25 rear diff, rear locker, rear wheel carrier, sye, 285/75 16 and drop front a little

Finished running heavy cable to the trailer hitch to hook up my UK caravan. I needed a constant 12v to charge the on board battery and a switched lead to run the fridge that disconnects when I turn the key off.

Default death wobbles

after clunks got worse then the death wobbles at 80klms/hr bit the bullet replaced lower control arms with zj changed all bushes replaced tie rods took a week on and off siezed nuts and if you dont know diff decides to find it own place with out the arms on lol racket straps scissor jack and a lot of bloody patience plus 1 upper arm was bent acco i guess heres the reselut

Why Zg arms, they are the same as the Xj???

With the leaf bushes I was having the same issue three times. In the end I used niloc nuts on the rear and Loctite green on the front and only nipped them up enough so they ther was no play. This allowed for the leafs to flex without resistance; so far 15k and all is holding up well. I also used caliper grease on all the bushes and this may or may not have helped but it sure has not hurt.
