Just watch the rear mounting and lengths. When mine is well hot (climbing for example) it just knocks a little on one of the leaf clamps. Had I made it all about 7 mm shorter . . .
Extractors are hurricane. Muffler is super40 IIRC. Thank Quints, I will keep that in mind when I install it.

Ordered my suspension today Can't wait to get it all!

Default first run

Test run a new motor.
was worried abou a noise but then had to smack myself in the head, it has forged pistons and they slap until warmed up.
She went well and no leaks touch wood.

Replaced the left d30 axle seal. I did half the job and the diff tech knocked out the seal and fitted the new one. PITA of a job we managed to runi the first seal as they are hard to get in straight without the diff off the vehicle.

is the power steering resivour on the full liine?

my steering box leeks and when it gets to a certain level it whines and is hard to turn.

My young blokes Surf did that....turned out to be a loose fan belt.

I topped it up, pretty sure mine has a leak too. Another thing to hunt down

toke the jeep for a drive today. feels a little un sure footed dropping into stuf on a bit if an angle. so need a bit more wheel track.

can anyone tell me how much more tj flares sit out compaired to stock xj ones?
