Nah mate my exhaust manifold is still on, its not that hard to do at all.

Snapey summed it up quite nicely in this post: http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...69&postcount=9

7-With a piece of timber against sump, jack up engine just enough that the car almost starts to follow it
8-Grow another elbow and and get an eyeball on a stick
9-Tap or firmly but carefully lever out thru bolt (screw large nut back onto thru bolt a few threads if tapping on that end so as to not damage the threads)
10-Loosen bolts on air con compressor unit so that it can be moved aside that poofteenth that it will probably need to.
11-Remove entire mount.
12-Repeat above process in reverse using new mount.
I already had airbox out, and the A/C compressor loose in order to move the PS pump so it was a piece of cake to do. Only thing I did differently to the above is I had my A/C loosened in advance.

Definitely scarier sounding than it actually is to do! Oh and mine was VERY buggered bolt hole had seperated completely from the rest - probably why my headers ARE cracked

Removed the old factory trackbar & mount & replaced it with a new Iron Rock Off Road drop bracket & double shear trackbar , gave her a wheelo & im real happy with the angles of the trackbar & steering arms , there just about perfectly inline with each other

So off to the steel supplies to buy some stainless steel angle to make the mounting feet for the roof basket and some mild steel to make custom feet for the Rolas to get it real low, it should end up less than 30mm off the tracks, the aim is to get the roof pod on the roof and clear 2.1m!!!!

I think that the tracks look pretty good and match the aero style of the Rola racks pretty well....
Tracks look great, neater than the ones I got JJ.

Spent the day finishing the painting on the removable tyre carrier and then fabbed up some 30mm mounts for my Rola racks which should lower the roof pod by 60mm, will now have to wait and see if that gets the total height to below 2.1m or not....

Put in a new set of front bendix brake pads and replaced the old brake fluid and gave it a bleed.
