Nah mate my exhaust manifold is still on, its not that hard to do at all.

11-Remove entire mount.
12-Repeat above process in reverse using new mount.

I already had airbox out, and the A/C compressor loose in order to move the PS pump so it was a piece of cake to do. Only thing I did differently to the above is I had my A/C loosened in advance.
Definitely scarier sounding than it actually is to do! Oh and mine was VERY buggered bolt hole had seperated completely from the rest - probably why my headers ARE cracked
