Default Steering problem in new KK

I've had my new KK for just over a week now and I'm almost 100% sure either my steering wheel is off centre or the wheel alignment it out. To keep the vehicle straight I need to keep the steering wheel slightly tilted to the left and if I keep the wheel completely straight I veer slightly to the right. Has anyone else experienced this? I took it back to Jeep service centre and was told that all Jeeps do this? Doesn't sound right to me. Appreciate anyone's thought before I head back to Jeep service about this.

Yea, mine does something similar. Though i have found exactly how to rest my hand on the wheel so it goes straight. People just think im a casual laid back driver, but really im correcting the steering :P

Same with me. I've also found the spot to rest my right hand on the wheel to keep a straight line but I find driving straight with a slightly bent steering wheel off putting.

You have an alignment issue. If anything you will have to pull the steering down to the right to compensate for road camber. All Jeeps do follow road camber though the old WG were the worst as you could even buy offset ball joints for them.

Hi,

I've only done 1000ks in mine but no sign of this problem. Just a little buzz in the steering wheel around 100 kmh which I have been told is due to the tyres?

That is terrible and Arrow is right, you've got an alignment issue. You need someone who knows what they're doing to look at it.

All new vehicles will change alignment specs after a few thousand klms (usually 5K+ ) due to the fact the bushes start to bed in. Factory wheel alignments are done in the same fashion that sheep shearers - get em in get em out asap, quickest one wins and not necessarily the neatest one

Oh yea, i forgot to update. I had a wheel alignment done when i got new suspension. Now I only sometimes drift off to the right instead (but only due to the old habit of resting my hand on the wheel )

Tyres are next
