So ..... I ordered my new rubicon back in January (6/1/15) and still waiting.
I was told by the dealer it was going to arrive on 10th may then no show.. Then was told it was meant to be on the ship that arrives at the docks on 30th may. Well that was yesterday.. Question is did the ship arrive like jeep promised or am I waiting for another month or two???who else is waiting on their new jeep?? And what date have you been promised?? Just for the record I ordered a white auto rubicon.
Mine was 5 months wait for my Rubicon. Ordered Feb, delivered July 2013. Rubicons do that. something about one in every seven on the production line is a special order, so when you order, they slot your build into the next available special slot for production.
It is really worth the wait. I'm almost two years into owning mine, and I still stare at it through the window of the house, trying to find an excuse to get in and go for a drive.
No need to race out and modify it. You will be amazed just how far it can take you straight off the factory floor.
In that case I wonder if they are feeding me bs. I was told 10/5 at first then told 30/5. I went into dealer and threaten to cancel the order then next thing you know few hours later been told the car has been located and it's at the docks. Hmmm makes me think of mine is on the same ship as yours then. These guys just telling me what I want to hear. Did the dealer tell you this info or is there a way to track it?? I don't know if I trust anything the dealer is telling me
