The connections shouldn't leak. Mine don't.
The Quadralift is a closed system - means it has stored nitrogen in a tank behind the rear seats that the compressor uses to pump up the bags - when the system is lowered the nitrogen returns to the tank. It doesn't get fresh air from anywhere. I guess there's no reason why it wouldn't work on air - but moisture inside the system is likely the enemy.
Ive not heard of anyone sourcing components anywhere but from Jeep - here or from the US forums.
It MAY be that the fittings are the same as Mercedes systems due to the heritage of this model.
Once you have the fittings you will need to have the system refilled and pressurised and once again I've never heard of any alternative to Jeep.
No better news from me unfortunately - but you could look up your closest Jeep specialist mechanic and ask…..
