Default axle grease??
on my jeep running dana 44 the book said to put track grease in the steering knucklesmy question what TF is track grease and what grade is it would i be able to put a synthectic grease in here so any water doesn't mix with the mineral stuff
been around mecanical workshops most of my life but never heard of this stuff

What do you mean by steering knuckle? do you mean ball joints or is it a closed knuckle like a landcriuser?
Cruisers use molybdenum grease , 4wd tractors generally use gear oil 80w-140 as do landys from memory.

its a closed in knuckle like crusiers
