Default Jk disco water trap

Sorry to say mate it looks fryed there is a small computer behind the plug it supply's feed back to the can buss and other module,s through out the car l wouldn't drive it any where as the car will just stop and won't start or even unlock for that reason the first unit l fryed also burnt the wiring loam out and other module, the damage just gets bigger and bigger ($) l have checked around a lot to find a alteritive and found the car needs the sway bay module to operate correctly so l am at a loss how we can just disconnect it and drive the car the best bit of advise l got was from Hammond jeep conversions the tec guy will explain it to you better than l can trust me l have been led to believe you can just remove it and every thing will be ok but it's just not the case with 2008 jk rubicons petrol l wiss it was the case though saves ppl like us a world of trouble and cost .

Is the feedback signal a data signal or something simple like a earthed switch/sensor? if its just a sensor/switch it would be easy to fool the computer.

Default E disco

Ummmmm not sure l could find out l guess l am more mec than electrical as far as repaires but l am fairly sure electrically the car can't function properly with out it being connected the signal is all part of the computer system l recon the guys at Hammond jeep would know as they do a lot of V8 jk conversion and apparently they still keep the sway bar module and tuck it up out the way someplace l have seen many blogs saying they just pulled the plug off but none in Australia and the ones that have have been diesel crd rubicon so l think the electrics is different from USA and CRD see what l can find out for ya
