Default A/C fan comes by itself and drain battery?

Hi my 2010 JK Unlimited started to go flat on me (battery) so I fitted a red top but it went flat again, so an electrician looked a it and said there's a power drain that starts after a couple of minutes after switching the car off, which until yesterday after sitting in the car a bit longer the a/c fan turned ON on it's own and stayed on, with the key out of the ignition and all? Anybody had this problem before?

Not in a Jeep but I had the same thing in a VT Commodore. The fan has a separate relay for the high speed fan setting. One day while it was parked in the street the relay contacts magically welded themselves together and set the fan going flat out.
