Well.. a great day out thanks to all especially Jono for his trip leading and recovery demonstrations. Im a slow learner so he demonstrated again and again. He also arranged demos by others as well

I failed over all as i didnt manage to get stuck so i never got to practice what he taught

I am however over other winches with crappy cable retaining at the drum - some lessons learned for next time.

If the mild trip was as much fun as we had........

JB I can't watch the video off a mobile you need the allow it to be seen on a phone.

I had a great day with a great bunch of people. Even though I didn't run with the Wild Bunch I still got to do all those "interesting" tracks that we had to reject because they weren't suitable for stockys.

I'll put some pics up later on tonight
