Default Removing plastic inserts from rocker covers

We bought some roller rockers from 505 Performance and need to remove plastic inserts from the rocker covers on the 3.8ltr engine. Has any one done it, can it be done without destroying them

Apologies to MM but they came within the week, maybe Zach likes me

Not happy with the guy who reconditioned the heads though as the valve stems are up and down to the point of no more adjustment, probably why we had noisy tappets with the std rockers

The tabs are glued in, you have to destroy them to remove
