I did my bonnet cut with a dremel. Just took a little longer but was a more precise cut

Yep worked out awesome, The AFE 2.5 Cat Back Exhaust didnt turn up in time, but got everything else fitted, + installed Power Aid Throttle Body Spacer while I had it in bits & also installed the new Rugged Ridge Bonnet Latches, (great bit of kit)
Performance wise I can honestly say it is significant at both ends of the spectrum, throttle response is immediate & smooth, absolutley wrapped with the new operating & performance gains, will be even better when I get the Cat Back installed
The AEV GEN-2 Snorkel matched up perfectly with the Airaid CAI, just had to trim a bit off the Snorkel where it fitted into the Intake Box to clear Filter, similar to fitting the standard Intake to the Airaid Intake Box

Thats how I did mine too. A 2 inch hole saw for the corners then the dremel for the straight lines between. It is slow going but quite accurate. If doing this yourself make sure to cover the entire bonnet, guards and grill and everything else around you with towels or similar as the hot metal filings etch into the paint and plastics at distances you would never expect....
Sent from Tapatalk on a Galaxy S3 all on its own while I was working.
