fsj trim repair

hi all -

a while ago i posted a request in the for sale/wanted section for a new silver body rear trim for my 82 cherokee. seeing that these parts are hard to come by, im figuring that this may be the way to go.

is someone here willing to talk to me about repairing or even making a new trim?

currently the trim section is ok, buts theres a few dings & dents on it - the panel beater didnt want to know about it either. more or less, it just needs to be pressed (?) so that the dings etc dissappear.

I think we should move this thread, but to be helpful a pic might give a better idea of what you need

If it is dings in sheet metal then buy yurself a body work kit and drill a small hole in the ding and use the dent puller to get it as flat as possible then body filler and sand smooth

you also can get a vacum puller a little like the suction plugs used to pick up glass you can try them also
