Default Oversized injector seals?

I swear I read somewhere where to get a thicker injector seal ring for the 2.7l diesel, but I can't find it anymore. Anyone have a link or part number?

I too believe they are from Honda. I'd be careful about using them. It will put the injector nozzle a bit higher in the cylinder. Apparently they are sensitive to this. If you install a new washer without removing the old one you will find yourself having smoke issues.

I fitted Honda Civic CRD washers to my WH they sealed no problem. they are thicker but softer so if you torque then up to what's recommended they seat at what I can only assume is the right height, no problems with mine (touch wood).

I got the tip from a UK Merc Sprinter forum.

Apparently, if the seat has been too damaged and re-cut too much, or for whatever reason the injector can't be torqued down enough to seal properly, this is suppressed to be the solution... I hope so, as I've had the dreaded black death with new injectors fitted, but have injectors 2 and 3 leaking yet again

Ah ha - thanks!
Maybe try swapping them around with others when you replace, so you are mixing up multiple injectors and threads / ports? Just thinking out loud.
