Jeep Cherokee 2006 CRD

Hi I have a low km 116k Jeep 2.8 litre CRD , I have had the Turbo rebuilt unnecessarily I am sure , by 1 mechanical outfit who are cowboys, timing belt and other work done by a far more competent crew but though it seems to be running fine , seems reluctant to cold start when it does its with a cloud of smoke but not using oil , and runs fine with a little initial turbo lag also engine light is on but no noticeable fault , can you give me a recommendation for a good jeep specialist , I know of jeepcraft but am Mandurah based so a fair hike to Wangara but will go there if nobody S O R .

It seems to be running fine but I think a proper jeep diagnostic check and engine computer update is in order
