Thanks Nanook. I will keep trying although his website is now down and he's not answering his phone or txt messages that I have sent him. I have already lodged a complaint with the Department of Commerce in WA and have asked my Bank to retrieve the funds from his Bank account which they have commenced processing. I may need to wait a few weeks though as they give the person 4 opportunities to return the funds before further action is taken.
I'm also now waiting on Dept. Of Commerce to call me as they have transferred my case to a relevant case manager. Its still so disappointing that this has happened as I am always the first to give a smaller company a fair go before reaching out to larger companies. Lets hope he honors the order otherwise I can probably kiss my money goodbye.
