Aside from a few minor enhancements, it is primarily a bug fix. The TSB lists them.

I have downloaded the file but my system says the update is incompatible. Has anyone had this error and how was it resolved? MY14 GC Ltd.

My 14 GC Limited won't even recognize it, it's stuck on old V14... software.
