Yes. Probably best to contact All American Wheeling for that. They're at the Gabba or on Facebook.

Yeah. I ended up with a jack under the end of my torque wrench to make it click.

Freerider well done on the variloks. If they work half as well as the "varilok"between the front and rear on my Grand then you will be happy as.
I have been reading up on remapping and chipping in relation to the WG 2.7 diesel.I would love to say that i have found gold, but sadly ,no. Any way it is an interesting subject, even the pros and cons re remapping verses chipping.I have been trying a few different circuits to wind the boost up a little. So far i have had limited success.I can lift the boost but some times it will throw a code.Reason why i started down this path was when towing the 2Tonne plus caravan,at full noise ,up steep hills i could see some black smoke in the side mirror.Back off a touch and the smoke goes away. From previous turbo diesel experience, this would mean too much fuel/not enough air.OK, so how do you wind on a bit more air on a 2.7 crd?
What i have been trying is put a "Circuit" between the boost pressure sensor and the ECM, on the signal wire.
What i want to try is when i am towing and at full throttle and see smoke in the mirror(contrasted against the white caravan also in the rear view), may be i can throw a switch for 1 or 2 psi more boost and see if the smoke disappears.
By the way i have done a leak down test and results were 5ml for each injector over a 30 second test time.I think i read in the workshop manual that 20ml per injector over 60 second time was OK.
Has any one here done anything re remapping, chipping, roll your own circuits??
When i got any good results that are reliable and dont throw codes i will post it up.
I hope to be able to be able to switch on some more boost and also more fuel when needed, and switch back to standard again , at will.
Anyone got any results from their own tuning/remapping/chipping or just opinions please share.
