Multihull has a set on his Commander, PM him & ask if he needed spacers to clear the callipers.

Cheers. Typical Euro design...engineered to the nearest millimetre/gram of tolerance for cost. Definitely was not made to operate even a whisker out of its design parameters.

Default Double cardin front prop

Had the front prop shaft upgraded, bye bye CV's

T/C end

The price has gone up since VP got his, $1300 but to me it's worth it

Now to deal with the starter motor not disengaging

Looks good mate!

Yours will be more as i kept the lower CV end and just double cardaned the top!

Also happy to report that the front breakage i had from the last trip was not the front shaft! I broke the LH RCV and maybe the front diff and housing.

RCV have already posted a replacement inner CV under warranty too!

I still have a vibration at 100kph, at 120 its really noticeable.

I will take it on face value that the new prop is balanced right (don't want to jump to conclusions) & start looking for other causes. The vibration has been there since the original one failed, thought it was the worn spline on the old shaft.
