Default HELP: Uconnect HU 2015 Cherokee KL

Today my HU got stuck at the JEEP logo .. radio works and reverse camera works other than that I can’t use it .. all buttons don’t work touch screen useless .. tried various soft reset to no effect .. removed fuse F80 for 10 mins doesn’t help.. other than visiting the dealer which I know will cost me a bomb anyone has any good advice please ?? Thanks in advance

Do you have the firmware ISO as if you can get to that part, just reload a fresh copy.

Have you tried a reset? Hold the mute and search buttons in for 10 seconds. I think it's the search, it's the middle of the volume and tune knobs

Try the hard reset thru the engineering screen by holding the cold and heating buttons together.

aight guys.. here's the update.. went to the dealer and apparently i need a new RA2 Radio HU ... the thing is dead in just 3 years. Met another dude with the same issue... now Air cond is integrated and its hard to find an aftermarket one ... grrr
