I've also been considering this... why would you want to be able to close off a rear facing scoop?
Those with vents... what do you do about water getting in? Do you just position them not to hit anything electrical or can it be drained away somehow without affecting the flow of air?

I,m about to vent my bonnet. I have installed a big Rad. No overheating issues but the underbonnet temps do get hot. I plan to install vents like JJ's only smaller. Those vents come in 3 and 5 fin in stainless made for boats.
Boat stuff is usually expensive. How much do these cost?
