As the others said. Winch cover is only for when no winch is mounted. No dual battery, instructions say to run winch with motor running as draws a lot of power and depending on how far you need to winch could be on for a long time.
This is a closeup of my winch.
I should also mention I've made a uv protective cover to protect the rope from the sun and have used Velcro to secure it front and back.

I think asking for feedback is a great idea....... I had a TigerzII for awhile and it had a BAD habit of randomly coming out of gear.... quite alarming and potentially dangerous.

So whilst the price is tempting perhaps, buying something that's unknown for recoveries has BIG risks. I'd give it a miss until you can find out more.

Which model winch from Tigerz11?

I don't think I've read a single bad review yet for the Domin8r X.

Yeah I can see your issue. Was it still in warranty or not? Did you take it apart to try and fix it or did you just replace it with something else?

Best warranty is one you don't have to rely on.

TigerzII... Warranty ? ROFLMAO......

Pulled it apart and was not impressed by the general construction, mostly the complete lack of thrust control on the gearsets ( which was allowing the drive gear to slip out of the drum.

Thought about making bits for it.... but ended up just getting another winch.
