Are you talking about the mouldings Cypher as the trims are on the inside. But if you mean the mouldings the best thing to do is use high quality double sided tape not glue. From the factory they should be double sided tape.

Something to note, make sure the surface is clean (i have to redo part of mine thanks to some cleaning cloth streaks that stayed there afterwards). Also as Anthony suggested it is melting the plastic so don't touch it until cooled - it will deform/mark. Be aware of the fumes too - don't look down from above LOL.

Seemed to make a noticeable difference on my factory mud flaps and a little on the door handles.
Couple of spots on mine are not looking right. Thinking I may have to redo one or two spots.

Regards A

Those black n white signs should be 2 metres.

i drove through there yesterday (water was gone) i have a 6" lift and 33's and the bottom of them signs are halfway up my windows, after that it drops down around possbly half a metre. pretty deep.
on wednesday the was a brand new navara ute in there you could only see about 3" of the roof

OK Thanks for the info JJ.

Pulled of my old racks today andnow understand what you mean about the nutserts. I will do the same and drill holes to suit the original as Ireally don't want to put extra holes in the roof ifI don't need to, but was thinking about a nice thick layer of sikaflex that will also help bond the rail to the roof.

If you use Sikaflex you will have a fun time removing it if you ever need to.....
