ok JB i took some pics for ya from better angles





still got a little fine tuning too do but it is getting there, my new diff turned up on friday so its in now and brakes are all together and wheels are on for the last time (hopefully) well atleast till i get the 33 BFG MT's driveshaft and SYE will be here on monday some time, spending the weekend in townsville without me!

oh and JB just out of curiosity how was your sterring set up in your old XJ? panhard drop or hi steer?

Those steering angles are HUGE! Have you even tested to see if the ball joints can cope with that much? Just pop the knuckle end out and then jack the front up on the body until you get maximum droop on the shocks and see if the drag link even goes down that far. Otherwise you will be like others who destroy them all the time from lack of travel. I would not even try a hill before testing it otherwise you wont have any steering!

yeah your on the ball mate, just waitin on wooders to finish up with the hi steer for me and ill be doing that, i aint even driving it till i get that done mate.

if you look from the top of the car at the front wheels this is what you see

but everything else is in now!

That track bar is quite insane!! Needs a drop bracket to avoid the steep angle as gojeep mentioned. drop your sway bar, use a section of box so that they dont need to be wound out so much!

Panhard drop bracket on the steering BTW. angles look a lot better in the new pic. btw also check your distance between front and rear wheels on both left and right as this can be adjusted with the arms.
