P1698 JEEP code possible causes

Faulty Transmission Control Module (TCM)
Transmission Control Module harness is open or shorted
Transmission Control Module circuit poor electrical connection
Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
Low battery voltage

What is P1698 JEEP code meaning?
The Chrysler Collision Detection (CCD) bus is a pair of twisted wires traveling from module-to-module receiving and delivering coded information. The coded information identifies the message and its importance. When multiple messages attempt to access CCD bus at once, code assigns priority ranking. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) will set the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) when no CCD messages are received from the Transmission Control Module (TCM) for 10 seconds.

My auto electrician has had trouble locating the fault.

Has anyone experienced this error and repaired successfully.
