Default ARB Deluxe bullbar on MY17 Trailhawk

Thought I’d start a new thread on this because I couldn’t find a dedicated one for the ARB bar.

Just had mine fitted yesterday. The updated bar has had a few minor improvements to fit the new radar cruise control (which I don’t have) and the parking sensors. The only unforeseen issue was that I had to cough up for a new wiring loom ($80) for the fog lights because they have changed them to 55watt from 15 watt or visa versa. So new relay installed with that.
The original LED fog lights are redundant as are the red front recovery hooks but they did throw on my Uneek front protection plate for free while they did the job..

I think it looks great in black with the colour of my vehicle and the red parking sensors don’t bother me too much. Speaking of parking sensors, the front drivers side triggers all the time so I’ve had to turn them off for now until ARB can work out the issue. They looked at it for 20mins but I had to take the vehicle, maybe it’s a ploy to get me to come back and walk around their showroom for a while!

Now just have to find time to fit my Stedi light bar and UHF!

Gday Hoppy99,

I like the bar. The black looks good on the red beast. I have a white Trailhawk but cannot make up my mind whether to colour code the bar or go with black.

I too want to grab a Stedi light bar for mine and will need it before I get a bar. Any chance you could throw a tape measure over the slot above your number plate and give me the vertical and horizontal measurements. It looks like a good place to put the lightbar so I would like to make sure I get one that will fit there later.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

If my Trailhawk was white I would have colour coded the bar, those parking sensors would really stand out otherwise. He red on black ones aren’t that offensive I think.
As for the light bar, I did look into fitting my double row light bar in there but it won’t fit due to the height, a single row might though. I will measure next week because I am away at the moment interstate.

Do a search on the parking sensor issue, I fixed mine by pushing in the plastic oring around the sensor with a small screwdriver.
Fixed the false alarms for me!

interesting as I have these sensors and am not seeing how they'd fit to that bar

hope this is all it is to fix the sensors

so does the bar replace the bumper or bolt in front ?
is there any cutting to the original bumper ?
how long was fitment ?
do you have any part numbers ? , as when I inquired at arb one said yes to this bar for the ACC system and another 2 said no
and can I be rude to ask how much

see theres now two antenna mounts too just wish they were both over the passengers side

Just got back from ARB's Somerton Store

Ordered ARB Bar for GC 2017 Laredo.

Cost $3229.00 fitted including fog lights, parking sensor adapter brackets & colour coding.

Got 5% discount off parts which came to $118.00 for being a member of Ausjeepoffroad.

Brings price down to $3111.00

Yes they do have to cut OEM bumper bar.

Takes a day to fit.

Cheers
