Default Load Assist Airbags - Query

Im about to install load assist airbags......likely to be Airbag man HD air bags.

I know I have the load levelling shocks, I also have the Murchison Lift.
With my boat attached and all the gear required for a 2 week camping and fishing trip the Jeep only has a slight sag. Its only when we are on the highway that we get too much wallowing on bumping roads. The boat trailer also affects the handling of the rear. I want the airbags to assist with on-road handling whilst towing the boat.

My question is for those that have already installed airbags-

Where did you install the inflation valves?

I went with polyair bags with onboard compressor system. Greatly improves the towing and stiffens the rear nicely . If u can stretch the budget get the onboard compressor, saves the hassle of checking pressure.

Thanks for the feedback Thommo.

I already have an ARB compressor under the bonnet, so maybe already half way to an onboard system??

Where has the controller been mounted?

The controller is wireless, so no hard wiring to the dash required. Will automatically maintain pressure setting, either let air out or add air as required.

Hi Matt,
I have the Airbag Man units in mine, the valves are located inside the filler flap next to the fuel cap. Easy to get to to check and inflate. I use ARB compressor but mines not fixed. I also have the Murchison Llift and same shocks
