Yes mate it's a Rola rack I pick it up from a mate in the brizzy jeep club he had it on his wh my plain is to cut out the top cross bar so I can lay my long boards on it

Yep, but bigger - like Greeno said, I think my ideal will be one of those Rola's with the cross bars cut out...
