Called to get the recall done, when I asked how long it would take they said they wanted the car all day??? I said it's only an hour long job, 2 hours at the most so why all day? Their response "well it is a Jeep" so I hung up. F... them & their recall.

Had the recall done about 6 weeks ago now. All good except they gave me the wrong key fobs first time (missing the rear lift glass button). Only had one key fob as the original owner had lost one but the recall gives you 2 new fobs so I was pretty happy to have a spare again.
