Default sway bar bush replacement

Have just ordered a pair of new bushes. Last time I had it done I paid someone an hour's labour. Now thinking DIY. Looking at the sway bar & bush mounts it looks like it should be a relatively easy job to remove old bushes and fit new ones, but I know from experience that looks can be deceiving!
I hadn't realised how BIG the bar is till I looked at it close up.
Any tips for the unwary? Is there any tension on the bar? How tight do the bolts need to be done up ( without resorting to a torque wrench) eg; firm, tight or f*** tight?
BTW the old bushes have done 100k+

Done mine twice the Blue ones are not much good.
Last time I used some Black locally made rubber ones they seem OK.

Easy enough job, the nuts inside the Chassis are held there with clips, one of mine broke and proves a real challenge to get a ring spanner on and off in there.
But can be done

I do mine up real tight, as tight as I can.

From my experience just go for some original ones, they last the longest.
There are 2 types, most AU spec are the grooved type (33mm) but you need to check.

2005 Grand Cherokee: choose the correct bushings depending on whether your Jeep has the 30-millimeter or 33-millimeter sway bar.
2005 and 2006 Grand Cherokee with 33-millimeter sway bar: You must replace the old sway bar bushing mounting brackets with item # 52090474AB because of the new bushing design.
2007 to 2010 Grand Cherokee: Use only the 52089465AF 33-millimeter bushings

My WH is a late '05 build but the bushes and brackets appear to be the ribbed style and I am fairly sure they haven't been changed. I had them replaced about 5 yrs ago, but don't recall anything said about the brackets having been changed as well.
