Default 2000 Renegade

I have just purchased a 2000 model Renegade but can find no specs as what makes it a Renegade as compared to a standard TJ.

Can't help with your question but that is a great looking Jeep...one of the best paint colours on offer. You bought well.

A little bit here, summarised from Wikipedia.
Looks like wheels and audio in the main.
Still a TJ, always good !

The plastic trim under the doors, painted flares and interior trim, mainly.

I've got a 2005 Renegade and according to the sales brochure:-
  • 15 x 7 Ecco Alloy Wheels
  • Dual tops, hard and soft with tinted windows
  • auto dimming mirror, lamps, compass, temperature
  • leather wrapped steering wheel
  • cruise control
  • side steps
  • 117 amp alternator

also the seats were slightly upholstered differently with two tone finish

at the time of purchase for me the extra couple of grand was worth while
