2000 Renegade
I have just purchased a 2000 model Renegade but can find no specs as what makes it a Renegade as compared to a standard TJ.

The plastic trim under the doors, painted flares and interior trim, mainly.

I've got a 2005 Renegade and according to the sales brochure:-
- 15 x 7 Ecco Alloy Wheels
- Dual tops, hard and soft with tinted windows
- auto dimming mirror, lamps, compass, temperature
- leather wrapped steering wheel
- cruise control
- side steps
- 117 amp alternator
also the seats were slightly upholstered differently with two tone finish
at the time of purchase for me the extra couple of grand was worth while
