picking up my new ride next week!! Went to the dealer yesterday to have a final inspection. ARB installed the air compressor under the passenger seat and very noticable , is that where its meant to be? Was kinda hoping i was in the engine bay or somewhere out of site. You open the the door and it kinda hits you in the face.

I looking into the lift kit and there are so many out there which supply different parts for a 2.5 inch lift. Its confusing the hell out of me. I know i want to use Icon dual rate springs and Fox remote shocks, just wondering if you experts can tell me what else i need to buy to properly lift the jeep 2.5 inches? Parts i can think of below -
Shocks
Springs
Rear Sway bar links
Rear Track bar bracket
Rear Bump Stops
Front Bump stop extensions

Or should i just buy a kit and swap out the springs and shocks and which kit?

I don't want to pay for something i don't need like adjustable control arms etc. I just want the absolute necessary to properly lift the jeep.

Good place for it IMO, there are guy's that have had them under the bonnet and had to move them because of the high temps.

No expert, but I would add the following components to your list:

Control arm drop/castor correction bracket
Brake line extensions or relocation brackets front and rear
Sway bar disconnects
Rear sway bar drop brackets instead of links if keeping stock rims
Adjustable front and rear trackbars
Steering damper relocation bracket

I think that should just about do it and if you want to go taller then you would just need to change springs and shocks.

Cool! Thanks for the info. Just wondering, for the 2013 JKU Auto diesel, do you need extended brake lines and new drive shaft when lifted 2.5 inches?
