The Sprinter sensors are the same as our 2.7 CRD, from memory I checked the sprinter part numbers to confirm. Besides, I'm running them in mine and they work.
The Cam sensor is pretty easy once the covers are off, shouldn't cause you any problems as it is a 10 minute job.
The crankshaft position sensor is a little harder as you need to do it all by feel. The connector is easy to get out but a little harder to get back in, patience is a virtue here.
The sensor is held in by a small torx headed bolt, I used one of these and the right socket to get the job done:

They are pretty cheap from the big B.
Once the bolt is out the sensor pulls straight out you can then drop the new one in. When I did mine I put it up on ramps so I could sit under the truck which meant I had more flexibility to access the sensor. Overall it wasn't a difficult task.
