Had a great day around burra with the wife and kid yesterday. Sight seeing etc. disappointed though on the way back home went past burra/worlds end gorge and found they have gated the whole area so it's only camping now. No wheeling. They have started a "conservation project" and have planted hundreds of plants/trees all through the creek area and on tracks that had been formed by 4bies.

Well, just got home and cracked my first can from the trip. All I can say is ho-lee-sheet that was fun!

Was popular, heaps of other vehicles out there, including another rubi (apologies on the way I took off if you are reading, I'm still getting used to the way it launches when in low range)

There were some definite pucker moments for me, but mainly when looking at the tracks, once I was actually driving them it was great, low range, first gear, rear locker and sway bar disco were my friends I actually bottomed out less than my mate in his lifted prado, mainly due to my low range allowing me to take things slower.

I will gladly go back again, preferably sooner rather than later. I can see me heading out there any time I have a spare day. Definitely recommended for anyone who hasn't tried it, jeeps love the rocks and there are plenty at Saunders gorge
