Looks like the Narva or these from TJM might be the go, (althought the TJM seem to cost more): HL178PH4

They look EXACTLY the same as the Narvas BUT the Narvas have a plastic/fiberglassy material for the housing. Those Britax ones are Aluminium. Also the connectors ob the Britax for the parkers already have the spade connector on them as opposed to the Narvas witch is just bare wires. (not a huge problem but makes for an easy install)

Britax also reckon theirs are HID ready. What that means for light spill, I'm not certain... Might give them a go as funds permit.
Maybe if it becomes mandatory after the Sunday trip out to the Gardens of Stone.

I have a set of the britax driving lights and they are very impressive for light output. Hadnt seen these, will be interested to see how the perform. The free form reflectors are really well made.

I've spent a bit of time looking at the options, and making a decision between the Narva 72002's and the Britax HL178PH4. I am leaning towards the Britax, but they are a bit more expensive.
Narva's: $149 pair at Autobahn, or $102 + ~$15 postage from a mob in Townsville.
Britax: $90 each at TJM, or $73 each from same Townsville mob before postage.
Anyone know of anywhere that sells the Britax cheaper and posts?

I've put some in, now. Seem quite good, but as I didn't have a chance to compare side by side, I cannot say just how much better they are.
No cutting or modification required, I just had to adjust the aim as the left one was pointing way up. I guess the original wasn't right, as when I swapped the Britex L to R, there was no change. So adjust it I did, and now they are great!
Repco Penrith quoted me ~$65 ea for the 72002's, TJM in Parramatta sold me the Britex at $80ea. (After I went to pick them up, I saw they had them marked there at $75ea, but couldn't be buggered haggling over it. Too used to CJD stealerships, I guess!
