If you ask MM he can point you to people in Europe who can supply you with a good second hand injector with a good sensor.

You cant just replace the sensor. The injector has to be changed. $1600 from a jeep dealer, ~$1000 from a jeep wrecker in Australia, ~ $2-300 from Europe.

Just ordered No.1 injector and MAP sensor (original has a snapped chip) from poly 4x4 jeep wreckers in Victoria, should get here in a couple of days. No.1 injector was $240 and i got him to check the resistance which was 95.8 ohms, ~100. The MAF was $120 and the original Bosch part. Good cheap second handies. Will fit these and possibly take it to jeep to scan the ECU for codes once fitted. Will let you know the results in a few days. Thanks for the help

That's really good pricing!! I might give poly a call, they're not too far from work

Just replaced the No.1 injector. Got sent a broken MAF sensor so that is being replaced and sent back. There is no change with the no.1 injector replaced and the new sensor at ~100 ohms. My next question is, does the ECU need to be cleared in order to get it out of "limp mode". I did the key turn thingy, (off the on 3 times) and got error codes 12, 55, 55. With a bit of reaserch 12 is just saying the battery was disconnected which i did, and 55 means there is no more error codes.
Can get it into jeep on the 30th to get the computer cleared, will this work? I was reading a previous post on this forum and a guy who replyed to that post (dgmm) had the exact same problem as me where i can put my foot flat and not get over 100kph.

could be the same issue I had.
mine was a faulty wire on the plug for the map sensor, cost about $20
the plug is a standard Bosch plug got it from a local auto elec shop.
I worked that out as when it happened I would wiggle and push the wires in the plug and it would come good

They key trick won't read out the codes from the PCM as it is a bosch unit, you will need the Drb III reader which jeep will have, some other mechanics have them too but it's hit and miss, I believe poly 4x4 and USA4x4 carry one, DBOR definitely does not.
