Well not today but last week had a bright polished ECB Bar fitted. Looks the goods IMO - and I have one! More for ACC, Evap etc protection than Roo protection for me.

After having some letters stolen from the 4x4 & Laredo badge on the tailgate , i got rid of it & replaced the chrome 4x4 badge with a black one. Thanks a lot D4L or L4D ya punce
Then spent some time removing the lantana pinstripping from the sides of the thing & detailing the underside.

Picked up my spare wheel from the powder coaters on friday , Just have to get the tyre & TPM mounted up . Then i can sell my 5 polished original rims that i had on it.

Also picked up & fitted our freshly painted colour matched grill & lower door trims , Tried it without the trims but i liked the extra shape on the bottom of the doors looked a bit nude without them.

The wife thinks it`s finished again , at least until The inner guard liner rolls up to replace the shredded one !!! & it has It's service this week

Finally had the chance to pull off the bullbar and figure out what's going on with my Park Assist sensors. Plugged in the trusty Snap-On diagnostic tool and found that 4 of the sensors were shorting. Swapped them around and isolated which ones were busted. So the idiots in Alice Springs who installed the bar broke 4 of the sensors and they now need replacing at $211 each. Suffice to say there is a strongly-worded email in the making. In the meantime my Jeep looks like this:

Also, I sent my new 18" wheels up to Darwin to have Hankook RF10 LT275/65R18 tyres fitted. Finally going to have AT's.

Default What did you do to your Grand today?

Finally fitted a set of HID spotties to my 2012 WK2 CRD Laredo. Pretty happy with the look, just not sure about the quality at this stage. Will see how the go next weekend in the Vic High Country.

Cool What did you do to your Grand today?

Finally fitted our Chief Products Sump guard , after staring at it in the shed for the last 3 weeks .
Glad to see the back of the plastic guard , cracked it up again a couple of weeks ago .

The only thing i did different was i drilled the holes in the front support panel out & fitted nutserts for 8mm stainless bolts instead of the 6mm bolts screwed straight into the panel .

Easy to fit up the only problems were a red dog trying to snuggle up beside me & I clean The Jeep fairly well but still ended up with mud & sand in my face !!
