Depends how you go getting them out Clarky
I've had to cut a couple of mine apart
Especially around exhaust collector and bottom of turbo
Taken me all day just to get the turbo off
I'm off to Boltmaster's tomorrow and replace a few
Don't need E-torx heads
I'm happy to use flank drive impact sockets like the rest of the normal world

Go get yourself a good quality spray lubricant and drown the bastard the night before. Thank God for Loctite

Default Inlet Manifold

If you ever needed a reason to jam these stupid swirl motors open ..
This is the rear most port on one of my inlet manifolds

Think I'm gonna piss them all off whilst I'm in here
Don't wanna be doing this again anytime soon

He's replacing the oil cooler seals & by the looks of it permanently deleting the swirl motor & swirl intake flaps.

HUUUUUUUUMMMMMM seems like a good idea do you need a ecu edit like gde or something first? how hard of a job is it sounds like it could be a bit difficult but changing glow plugs was meant to be a challenge.
