Default fuel filter with a water separator - 2.7 crd 2004

Hello friends

Hi Have Grand Cherokee 2.7 crd 2004

I am looking for a fuel filter (entering fuel and Exit to pump) with a water separator that connects to the sensor
I do not want to use the original filter that has 2 inputs and one exit towards the pump (total 3)

Solution / Idea

I use this . doesn't connect to water sensor but you can see if water is in bowl.

When do you change the filter km/time ?
When do you drain water in km/time?

Haven't done enough is to change it yet but getting close. Will do it at normal interval. There are a few on here using these. Just check bowl for water and drain as necessary. Look up no. On eBay. Or at your local auto store.

Can't help with data, but fuel is drawn up through it from tank by the low pressure pump on motor.

Curious about this mod - what's the gain?

I'm sure I have missed something bleeding obvious.
