Default wilco solo tyre carrier

thought i would make a thread just with pics of the wilco solo instead of mixing them up with the battery . I need to relocate the reversing camera although not urgent

Does it rattle around in the tow hitch when you’re moving or is it a nice snug fit?

it has a wedge that you torque to 75-100nm and that eliminates any wobbling. it's as tight as a nuns nasty

well i haven't been anywhere where it has been an issue , It would be no different to having a recovery point in the hitch. If you were departing on a very tight angle then yes the bottom of the carrier is going to scrape, bang etc but this carrier is farken solid so i see no damage being done
