Default New Bumper and Rock Sliders

Just had the Uneek bumper and rock sliders installed and very happy with the result.
I think I will get them to paint the parking sensors black but that's about it
It was suppose to get the roof rack as well but a mix up when ordering saw the wrong part delivered
So 2 more weeks they are saying, as I really need the rack for my work (Builder) but happy to wait
Next on the list is a rear swing arm like this http://www.tyretrek.com.au/product.html
And a roof top tent then grab the wife and Kimberly's here we come.......

I just had a look at the new "Uneek Commander 2017 onwards" bullbar on their website. Looks fantastic and I was going to get the ARB but this looks better. Anyone fitted one of these themselves? Looks like you need to cut the bumper?

These look good.

What are your thoughts on Alloy Vs Steel Bull Bars? Obviously these are 2-3 times heavier. Alloys(ECB) would be considered weak?

I think if you live and work in the bush you cannot go past a full three loop steel bar. If your from the city like me, and just travel every now and again all options can be considered.

The new alloy bars are almost as strong from what I hear but the only alloy bar on the market at the moment for the 2017 onwards GC, is the ECB. I don't really like the look of it though. I'm thinking single loop, steel will do me.

If there was a Uneek or ARB alloy, single loop bar I would get it. But there are no plans for that, i have checked.

That’s interesting. Last time I spoke to TJM they had no plans, I will check it out.
