I just replaced my track bard bushings with the flex joints I mentioned. It was a breeze to get the bushings out and the new one in.
You have to be quite careful with the flex joints not to jam them since you have to literally screw them in.
You have to do that all the way till you really get them tight. It's not complicated just a bit time consuming.

Haven't had the chance for a test ride since I did it Saturday evening and I had to leave for travel this morning.

Which bushes did you use?

Please post back once you have driven it for a bit.

I used the IRO track bar bushings. Ordered them directly from US.

Will let you know once I am back home.

Forgot one thing: they only work on the IRO adjustable trackback. It is stated on the installation manual, that they won't fit on the stock track bars.

Thanks for that. The IRO track bar only suits a CRD RHD with 4" lift, if I remember correctly. Might be a little problem.

Just to reconfirm. I got this from the IRO Website:
Can be used on the axle side of an XJ/ZJ/TJ/WJ by drilling out the hole and installing a 12mm bolt and nut. Will also fit competitor track bars with an inside diameter of 1.510, a width of 1.250, and radiused or chamfered inside corners (can be chamfered manually during installation). Allen wrench included for installation.

And here is the detailed installation instructions link:
https://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merc...structions.pdf

One side is about 50 Aussie Dollar (39 US Dollar) plus about 30 - 40 Dollar sending. I was ordering them together with my Ball Joints so not really sure.

BTW: I will most likely order some more from their site (flex joints of A-Arm as well as rear ball joints plus some other stuff... will find that out on the weekend) so if you are interested, we can do that together and share the sending cost.

Thanks
Joerg
