Rear Winch
Here's a good discussion point..
What rear winches do you guys use to pull your body down onto the diffs?
Have you mounted the winch straight to a steel point, or used a rubber mount to absorb any shock load?
What do you do about braking the winch once it's pulled down to a certain height?
At ride height, how much slack do you leave on the line?
Do you have problems with the winch wire topping out, when driving along a trail?

You pull rear suspension down using your front mounted winch?

Using a Warn Works winch 3600 model with a pully at the diff then doubled back up to the vehicle.
Will be replacing the wire rope on it though as it doesnt have any give or stretch in it. Expensive winch to run but when you can get things at a good price why not.
Make sure you get something that has a good braking capacity to be able to hole it compressed for long periods.

To pull the rear end (chassis & body) closer to the diff, to lower the centre of gravity when going down real steep hills, stops the ass end wanting to lift off the ground. Maintains traction by shifting the the mass, I pressume?
