Reason for selling: I've committed to it, but dont need it until Christmas
Price and Conditions: you can take 1/2 of the available space (around 90sqm) for around $95 per week, or around 60sqm for about $65 per week. Not sure on outgoings, but should be minimal given short duration of space being available.
Other conditions: A couple of points:
- no you cant live in it. There is a dunny, but no shower or kitchen facilities.
- no you cant run a business out of it. Its for storage only.
- no you cant turn it into a strip club on Saturday nights and invite 20 of your drunken friends around.
- There is 3 phase power, but no, you cant set up your hydroponic system and grow indoor tomatoes or any other vegetable matter.
