the arb bar is here so ill fit that by the weekend, then its just lift and tyres, priced a kaymar rear tyre carrier for the old mole and there around $1400, anyone know of a good secondhand one for cheaper?

you kiddin me, what went wrong? no secret mods planed just a tidy up and finnish the stereo and drawer system and wire the compressor in

When you coming in this week?
I've got some time off of work so I'll be home all week.
Got a few little things to finish on my Jeep before Friday/Saturday
Looking forward to saturday and the rocks trip... should be a good one up there...

wonderin who in queensland has fitted a longarm suspension lift to there jeeps, wonderin about legal implications and if there are ways around them and how they handle and perform.

Hey mate. At the moment it is definately NOT legal in QLD to get a long arm kit.
maybe you need a street/tow car and just have the XJ as a toy... not like the body is that good on it... but in saying that I guess you wanna drive it since you just did all the stereo and stuff....
if it was mine I'd do double locks and a 4.5 SA and cut for 33s and call it done... it'll go everywhere you want it too.....
Oh and put some body protection on... sliders, rear bar...
That's just me... travel is over rated... but LA are more about ride qual anyway...
